Executive Director of Dynamic Intelligence Learning UK

James is the Founder & Executive Director of Dynamic Intelligence Learning UK. His academic credentials include human resource development, management, business, and psychology. He has studied educational psychology, has an MSc in applied psychology and has an MA in human resource management. He is a graduate chartered fellow of CIPD, CMI, and ILM and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

James is also an MBA graduate. He is currently working on a PhD in psychological perspectives within professional practice. His research interests are attention spans and the brain’s frontal lobe with the social environment interacting with the brain’s executive functioning. He works with computational dynamics, pattern recognition, and mind adaptability in the development of people within the social sciences.

For over 25 years, he has worked with structure and culture with disenfranchised individuals contributing to the indigenous drug and alcohol recovery community concept in the UK. James elevates the importance of intelligence from the “socio” component of the biopsychosocial concept. He also views the “socio” element as the inferior partner. He has a keen interest in the socio-dynamics of human development and its interaction with complex struture and the impact for management from the strategic board room to the frontline of operations.
