Our Intelligence Lab will:
- develop a framework for quantitative and qualitative research
- explore the issues
- seek to understand the phenomena
- provide answers to the question
We focus on human capital in the dynamic transformation of organisations and are currently working within drug and alcohol treatment/recovery and the criminal justice system.
Our Lab is interested in the holistic approach to recovery and the transition from a formal structured model of recovery to a sustainable relationship with the workplace.
